One-Dish CHICKEN SKILLET.

I made this in 30 min. when I had no meal planned and had to leave in 45 min. from when I started. I changed the soup from mushroom to cream of chicken and I think it tasted better. Easy, cheap, and FAST! Perfect weeknight meal that tastes like a Sunday one!

Prep Time:5 min Total Time: 25 min Makes: 6 servings

1-1/2 cups hot water
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.)
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup * I used Cream of CHICKEN*
1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

MIX hot water, butter and stuffing mix; set aside.

SPRAY nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook on medium heat 5 min. on each side.

MIX soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Top with the prepared stuffing. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook 10 min. or until chicken is cooked through.
