PORK CHOPS AND RICE.

Oh mom, why did I underestimate this dish growing up? I never liked it much but tonight it was fast, easy, YUMMY and filling! No wonder it's a staple!

6 boneless pork chops
3 cups cooked rice (instant works great!)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk (i used BUTTERMILK!)
salt and pepper to taste (i used mrs. dash table blend and seasoning salt)

Season chops with s&p or mrs. dash. Brown in pan sprayed with Pam. Spray 9x13 glass baking dish with Pam and spread cooked rice evenly in dish. Place browned chops on top of rice. Mix soup with milk/buttermilk and season with seasoning salt. Pour over chops and spread evenly to cover entire dish (rice and chops). Cover with foil, bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min depending on chop thickness. Serve with a green veggie and it makes a very yummy and complete meal!
