Honey Teriyaki Mini Meat Loaves & Noodle Toss

This was really good! The kids loved it and even ate the veggies in the noodles. My husband even ate the leftovers the next day (that's always a good sign!). Best part ....took less than an hour!

1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 cup dry plain bread crumbs
3/4 cup Honey Teriyaki BBQ sauce
(I just used honey BBQ sauce with a few dashes of teriyaki sauce)
1 egg
1/4 tsp pepper

Noodle Toss:
1 (16 oz) pkg frozen oriental veggie mix
2 cups water
2 pkgs Oriental flavored top ramen noodles
1/4 cup green onion (I didn't use this)
3 Tblsp. Honey Teriyaki BBQ sauce

Preheat oven to 400. In large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, 1/2 cup bbq sauce, egg and pepper. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Place aprox. 1/4 cup beef mixture into each of 12 medium muffin cups (no liners, just in the pan), pressing lightly. Spread remaining 1/4 cup bbq sauce over tops. Bake 20 minutes or until centers are no longer pink (more like 30 min.).
MEANWHILE, prepare Noodle Toss: in 10 in. skillet, combine veggies, water, noodles (broken into several pieces) and seasoning packet from 1 package of noodles. bring to boil. reduce heat to low, simmer 2 to 4 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Stire in green onions and bbq sauce.
Remove meat loaves from pan; serve with noodles.
