SANTA FE CHICKEN

Simple flavor & very yummy!
2 pkgs. cream cheese
(1 ) 4 oz can diced green chilis (could use 2 if you wanted more spice)
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, defrosted & pounded flat
2 cups cornflake crumbs (about 4 cups cornflakes to start with)
Mix cream cheese and chilies until soft. Bread one side of each breast with crumbs. Holding breaded side down in your hand, place two tablespoons (heaping) cream cheese mixture on chicken and wrap chicken around mixture. Bake at 350 degrees in a 9x13 dish until chicken is done, about 30-40 minutes.
