This is SO good & kinda like chicken cordon blue without all the work! They serve something similar at Sizzler. The sauce is my favorite part!

1 to 2 cups bread crumbs ( i was out of bread crumbs so i used Parmesan cheese)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Mix above ingredients. Place in a pie dish or pan.
Set aside.
Beat 2 eggs with a splash of milk (about 1/4 cup) in pie dish or pan.
Set aside.
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4-6 slices thin ham
4-6 slices Swiss cheese
Dip chicken breasts in egg/milk mixture then roll in bread crumbs coating well.
Fry in small amount of oil turning when light brown. Cover and cook @ 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until 3/4 the way done on med-low heat.
Place chicken breasts on cookie sheet and cook an additional 10 minutes.
Remove pan and add the ham slices followed by the cheese slices and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove and serve with Dipping sauce below.
Dipping sauce:
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup mustard
1 tsp. milk
Mix well and serve with Malibu Chicken
Makes 4-6 servings

This is my favorite recipe..I gave it to Jonathan to make at the firehouse and it was a HIT!!! :) The sauce is my favorite part...make extra!!!

My family will not eat swiss so we did it with mozarella and it is fantastic
