1 T. butter
6 large eggs
kosher salt & fresh black pepper
2 T. whipping cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat each of 6 ramekins or custard cups with 1/2 t. butter. Break 1 egg into each cup. Sprinkle eggs lightly & evenly with salt and pepper. Spoon 1 teaspoon cream over each egg. Place ramekins in 9x13 glass baking dish. Add hot water to baking dish to a depth of 1 1/4 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until eggs are set.
