SPINACH QUICHE

Yummy for breakfast or brunch, or even supper.

1 unbaked pie shell
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and thoroughly drained, squeeze if necessary.
1 c. lowfat cottage cheese
1 c. grated swiss cheese
1 cup milk, can be 1 or 2%
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
5 eggs

Mix all ingredients except spinach and swiss cheese in blender. Stir in spinach. Sprinkle cheese evenly in crust. Pour egg mixture into crust. Bake at 350 deg. for 30-45 minutes until center is set.
