PARMESAN CHICKEN BREASTS

This is so quick and easy, but nice enough to serve to dinner guests.

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (serving size)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. each dried oregano leaves and parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. each paprika, salt and black pepper
(or you can use the Italian seasoned bread crumbs and just add the Parmesan)

Heat oven to 400 deg. Spray baking pan with cooking spray. Roll chicken in crumb mixture till coated on both sides. Place in pan; bake 20-25 min. or until tender.
