Honey Baked Chicken

1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup butter
2 TBS Mustard (dijon)
1 tsp. curry powder
1 dash salt
4 chicken breasts (cut into bite size pieces)

Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan until all melted and mixed. Cover chicken with sauce in baking dish. Bake at 350 for an hour - turning chicken at least once.

* Serve over rice. Brach went on a mission where curry was in alot of the dishes. So he liked this dish. This is a different dish but is very good.
