CHOCOLATE FUDGE SAUCE

Simple and Yummy! Use in recipes that call for a jar of fudge sauce, or serve warm over your favorite ice cream.

2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
1 tblsp. butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk

Melt the squares of chocolate together with butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Stire in sugar and evaporated milk. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until thick. Cool slightly before using (will thicken as cools). Makes 1 cup.
